State Visit of the President of the State of Israel Shimon Peres to the Czech Republic

On the invitation of the President of the Czech Republic Václav Klaus, His Excellency Shimon Peres arrives Monday, March 30, 2009 for a two-day state visit to the Czech Republic.
Selection from the program of the visit (March 30, 2009):
10.00 - a welcome ceremony with military honors in the First Courtyard of the Prague Castle
* Photo pool during the ceremony
10.15 - private meeting of the two presidents
* Photo pool at the beginning of the meeting
11.30 - a short meeting with the press
* Consecutive interpreting - Czech/English
16.45 - a visit to the Terezín Memorial
* Photo pool during the ceremony
20.00 - State dinner given by the Prezident of the Czech Republic and his wife Livia Klausová at the honor of the State of Israel
* Photo, TV - entry with a press pass only
Accreditation
Accreditation will be issued on the spot at the entrance to the Prague Castle to the Powder Bridge from 9:00 to 10:30 hours.

Only Journalists with valid ID may enter the Prague Castle via Prašný most.
Parking on the Prague Castle premises is not possible.
