The reason for submitting a complaint of the party requesting information was that his/her questions - as stated - were not answered fully and correctly.
Based on the submitted complaint the head of the President's Office examined the procedure of the obliged entity (Section 16a(6)(a) of Act No. 106/1999 Coll.) and made a decision confirming the procedure of the obliged entity as correct.

Further information:
An appeal against the decision of the President's Office dated 11 June 2008 was submitted by the appellor because the President's Office did not accord his/her request in the part where the appellor requested information about how much of the public resources entrusted to the President's Office was spent in total in connection with the legal dispute of the Czech president with a specific probationer.
The head of the President's Office as the appeal authority (Section 16(2), (3) of Act No. 106/1999 Coll.) decided about the appeal against the President's Office by changing the President's Office decision and providing the required information within the extent possible.
The requests for information provision related to the agenda of pardons, the president's foreign trips, foreign visits hosted by the Czech president, court proceedings in which the president or his office are one of the parties, appointing of judges, and written materials archived in the President's Office archive.
In five cases the requests for information were dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Section 14(5)(c) of Act No. 106/1999 Coll., and the requests were deferred.
The procedure was always justified and communicated to the requesting party within the time period as provided by law.
