Statement on the processing of personal data via a website
We consider personal data protection to be an essential indispensable part of our systems and processes. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general data protection regulation), we present the following statement.
Purpose of personal data processing
Provision of services for the data subject according to Art. 6, Paragraph 1, Item b) of the GDPR.
List of personal data that may be processed for the purpose of offering services:
- Name and surname
- Email address
- Name of school in the case of the reservation of dates for visiting expositions
- Name of organization in the case of the reservation of dates for thematic lectures
- Telephone number
- Name of editor's office, date of birth, nationality, identity card number, in the case of accreditation for press conferences
There is no profiling on the basis of automated processing in the processing of personal data. However, the processing may be manual or automated.
Your personal data is not sent outside the EU.
Storage period of your personal data
We keep your personal data for a period of 1 year, unless otherwise stated in the statement below.
Sources for obtaining personal data
The administrator obtains personal data via forms for booking expositions for schools, forms for booking commented tours, forms for the accreditation of journalists for events organized by the Press Office of the President of the Republic. Personal data can also be obtained outside the above mentioned sources, primarily through activities of the administrator's staff.
Personal data processing in the form of booking a school visit to an exposition
Your personal data are processed in order to realize a visit to the exposition. After the visit to the exposition for which these personal data were provided, they are not processed further and are archived for one year from the date of the visit. After this time, all the personal data provided in this way are deleted.
The administrator of personal data thus provided is the Office of the President of the Czech Republic. Only the Administrator's authorized employees whose work includes the implementation of visits to the exposition have access to these personal data.
Processing of personal data in the form of booking a commented tour
Your personal data are processed in order to realize a commented tour.
After the visit to the commented tour for which these personal data were provided, they are not processed further and are archived for one year from the date of the commented tour. After this time, all the personal data provided in this way are deleted.
The administrator of thus provided personal data is the Office of the President of the Republic. Only the Administrator's authorized employees whose work includes the implementation of commented tours have access to these personal data.
Processing of personal data provided in the journalist accreditation form at a press conference organized by the Press Office of the President of the Republic
The personal data provided by you are processed in order to enable your attendance at the press conference.
After the press conference for which these personal data were provided, they are not processed further and are archived for one year from the date of the press conference. After this time, all the personal data provided in this way are deleted.
The administrator of thus provided personal data is the Office of the President of the Republic. Only the Administrator's authorized employees whose work includes the organization of press conferences have access to these personal data.
