Chotek Gardens, Prague’s first public park, is part of the Prague Castle system of gardens and parks. The exhibition will present the process of the international architectural and landscape design competition and proposals for the future transformation of the park, including the studies recognized by the jury. Panels placed directly within the site will showcase various approaches to the restoration of the historic park, emphasizing its heritage value, current use and long-term sustainability, while also highlighting the site’s history. Throughout May, the exhibition will be followed by a series of planning events and guided walks for the public, featuring, among others, the authors of the winning design. The exhibition is organized by the Prague Castle Administration in cooperation with the Prague Institute of Planning and Development.
